Kathryn Aryal

We are Kumar and Kathryn Aryal. After teaching at International Graduate School of Leadership in Manila, Philippines as professors for a decade, we sensed God’s calling for us to serve in Nepal. So, we decided to move back to Nepal to begin a pioneering work of bringing hope to the himalayas. Our desire is to develop Nepali leaders in a holistic manner, and implement holistic community development initiatives among the poor and marginalized people groups. In doing so, we will be using the “Holistic Development Framework” as a our strategic framework to accomplish our mission and vision. The “Holistic Development Framework” was created by Dr. Kumar Aryal for his PhD dissertation. So, we are very excited to implement it on the field to help people find hope and experience holistic wellbeing.
